On Monday, July 1st, we launched our second official SHELTER HIKES in partnership with our friends at The Upper House. The event featured an easy social hike, followed by a cooldown breathwork meditation session on The Lawn, and concluded with a light breakfast at The Green Room. Over 60 sweaty participants (2 dogs and 1 baby included) enjoyed the opportunity to connect with nature and each other, making it a memorable "non-running" experience for everyone involved.
